Meeting is focused on our Kickoff Campout planning and prep; please attend. We are now back to Class A uniforms.

The town has formally invited our troop to participate and assist in the ceremonies. We strongly encourage every Scout and family to make attendance a priority for this event. September 11, 2026, marks 25 years since the tragic events at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and in Shanksville, PA. To honor this somber milestone, Holmdel Township is holding a community remembrance ceremony and the official dedication of a new September 11th Memorial. Date: September 10, 2026  Time: 6:30 PM (Please arrive a few minutes early to line up) Location: In front of Holmdel Town Hall  Uniform: Class A (full uniform: official shirt, neckerchief, scout pants/shorts and hat if you have them.). Because this is a solemn, high-visibility community gathering, let's look our absolute sharpest to represent Scouting well.  See email sent by Mr. Szilasi on Aug 19 for more info.

Volunteers STILL needed for Saturday 9/12 at 4pm at the Church to setup our big dining fly for the Church’s Picnic. Mr. Ernest knows we adult leaders can do it, but he would like to see our Scouts setting it up for our Chartering Organization. Let’s show him we got this!  Counts as at least an hour of Community Service.  Please, please join us! Email Mr. G. if you can attend.

Xander Amoss is nearing the finish line on his Eagle Scout project—building four large bat houses for installation at Big Brook Park in Marlboro!  We are looking for Scouts and adult volunteers to help with the final installation. Want to help? Please complete the Volunteer Form for Bat Houses.
