As you work your way from Star to Life to Eagle, remember that active participation is a key requirement. Scouts must show they’ve been active in the troop for at least 4–6 months at each rank level. Being “active” means more than just holding a position; it includes attending troop meetings, campouts, and activities regularly during those months. ****Be sure to sign in at every meeting on the sheet at the back table. Your attendance is being recorded and will count toward your rank advancement. Your involvement matters — not just for requirements, but for your growth, your patrol, and the whole troop!
